USITT Southeast is proud to present the 2023 Regional Conference and Student Design Expo.  We will be hosted this year by Western Carolina University, School of Stage and Screen.  

Registraion will include access to conference workshops and events, entry fee into Student Design Expo, AND a 1-year membership to USITT-SE.  You must be an active USITT-SE member to attend the conference.  

Some of the events for the conference include:

• Workshops !
• Student Design Expo
• Ongoing Portfolio/Resume Review with slots available throughout the length of the conference
• Networking events at local establishments
• Other local events
• A Noteworthy  Keynote Speaker

Individual (Non-Student) Conference fee is $70
Student Conference fee is $50

STUDENT DESIGN/TECH EXPO:

The 2022 USITT-SE Regional Conference’s Design/Tech Expo will showcase student work in an onsite gallery. Costume, scenery, lighting, sound, properties, and projection designs will be displayed with technical production and costume technology projects. A jury of professional designers, artisans, and technologists will identify (up to three) particularly distinguished student works. USITT-SE will honor up to three selected students with registration fees for the 2023 USITT Conference & Stage Expo. The deadline to Register for the Expo is Sept 29th, 2023.
You will need to submit a conference fee payment (there is no additional fee for the Expo this year!) and fill out the Regional Conference Registration Form before your design expo registration will be confirmed and you will be emailed more information about the Expo. CONFERENCE PRESENTERS:

There are slots available for workshops or presentations for USITT-SE Regional Conference. This is a great opportunity for professors, professionals and graduate students to show their skills and help teach others. Most of the conference classrooms will accommodate small to medium groups and we encourage hands-on workshops.

Sept. 20th, 2023

If your workshop proposal is selected then they will qualify for free registration, membership fee is still required.

September 18th, 2022 Reservations at the group rate will be accepted at the hotel until this date. All rooms remaining in your block after that date will be returned to general inventory for sale to other groups and/or individuals. Any reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability, but will not receive the negotiated group pricing.
